I'm Alfredo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Siente Wellness. I work with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is direct yet supportive, collaborative, and informed by evidence-based practices, including CBT, IFS-informed therapy, and trauma-informed care.
